One Nakfa is a clothing store built for the Eritrean diaspora, shipping to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and the Gulf states.

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We'll confirm by email once payment goes through. On rare occasions we may need to cancel or refuse an order — for example if an item can't be produced, there's an obvious pricing error, or we can't fulfil to your location. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

• Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your chosen display currency for convenience; you're charged in USD.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
• Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed quickly, so please double-check your size, colour, and shipping address before paying. Processing usually takes 2–4 business days before your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for timing and rates, and our Refund & Return Policy for returns, exchanges, and anything that arrives not quite right.

The One Nakfa name, logo, and designs are ours — researched and made with care for our community. Please don't copy, resell, or reproduce them without permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to the artwork.

Please use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, misuse it, or harm other people who use it. That's it.

We work hard to describe our products and colours accurately, but screens vary and colours can differ slightly from piece to piece. To the fullest extent the law allows, One Nakfa isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. None of this limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
