Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days, then shipped with tracking. To the US, the UK, the EU, Canada and Australia, standard delivery usually takes 5–9 business days after that; to the Gulf states and to Europe outside the EU and UK it can take longer — sometimes several weeks. Checkout shows the delivery estimate for your address before you pay, and you get tracking the moment the label is created.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and what's in your basket, so you only pay what it costs to send. You'll see every option, its price and a delivery estimate before you pay. Express is offered where available — add a phone number at checkout to see it, since couriers need one.

Yes. Tick “This is a gift” at checkout, enter their address and add a note of up to 200 characters. We print your note on the packing slip inside the parcel, and prices never appear on it. Your receipt and tracking link still come to you.

From the location closest to your address — the US, Canada, the UK, the EU or Australia — which keeps delivery fast. Orders to the Gulf states and to European countries outside the EU and UK, such as Norway and Switzerland, are imports, so local duties or taxes may be charged on delivery.

30 days to return items in their original condition for a refund or exchange: clothing unworn and unwashed, mugs and posters unused. To Europe — the UK, the EU, Norway, Switzerland and more — the United States, Canada, Australia and the Gulf states: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Every country we ship to is in the list at checkout.
