Every piece is printed to order: 2–4 business days of production, then shipping (Standard: 5–9 business days, free over $75; Express: 2–4 business days, $14.95). You get tracking the moment the label is created.

Where are the shirts printed?

We route your order to the Printful fulfillment center closest to your address — facilities in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, the EU and Australia — which keeps shipping fast and customs surprises rare.

What blanks do you print on?

Premium ring-spun and organic cotton tees (Bella+Canvas / Stanley Stella class), garment-dyed where noted. Pre-shrunk, side-seamed, true retail fit. Check the size guide on any product page.

What is your return policy?

30 days, unworn, full refund or exchange — email selam@onenakfa.com with your order number. Since every item is printed just for you, we resell returns through community sample sales rather than binning them.

Do you ship to East Africa?

We accept orders to most countries worldwide. Deliveries to Eritrea, Ethiopia, Sudan and the wider region can take 3–5 weeks and may require pickup coordination — contact us first and we'll advise honestly.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes — a family name, a hometown, a date that matters to you. Custom design requests open in batches; write to us through the contact page and we'll add you to the next batch.

How does the HABESHA10 code work?
