Refund & Return Policy

• 30 days to return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition for a refund or exchange.
• Arrived damaged, faulty, or the wrong item? We'll replace it or refund it — on us, no need to send it back unless we ask.
• Need a different size? We'll sort an exchange.

We're sorry — let's fix it fast. Email selam@onenakfa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos of the issue. For misprints, damage, or the wrong item, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't be out of pocket.

Change-of-mind items are welcome back within 30 days, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Start a return by emailing us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is covered by you; refunds are issued once the item is on its way back to us.

Got the fit wrong? It happens. Email us and we'll help you swap for the right size. Our size guide lives on every product page — when in doubt, measure a tee you already love and compare.

Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it usually lands within 5–10 business days.

Since production starts quickly, email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. If it hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
