When you place an order or sign up, you share a few things with us:

• Contact & order details — your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered.
• Payment information — handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Newsletter email — only if you choose to subscribe.
• Basic technical data — your browser stores your cart and currency preference on your own device, and our host keeps standard server logs to keep the site running and secure.

• To make, pay for, and ship your order.
• To email you about your order — confirmations, shipping, and tracking.
• To answer your questions when you write to us.
• To send occasional updates, only if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To keep the store working, safe, and a little better each week.

We do not sell your personal information — ever. We share only what's needed with the trusted partners who help us run the store:

• Stripe — to process your payment securely.
• Printful — our production and fulfilment partner, which needs your name and shipping address to make and send your order.
• Amazon SES — to deliver your order emails.
• Our hosting provider — to run the website.

Each partner only receives the minimum needed to do its job, and is bound to protect it.

We keep this light. Your browser remembers your cart, currency, and theme so the site feels right when you come back — that data stays on your device. If we add analytics later to understand what's working, we'll update this page first.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email selam@onenakfa.com and we'll take care of it. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations — then we remove it. We're a store built for the diaspora, so your data may be processed in the countries where our partners operate; we only work with partners who protect it to a high standard.

One Nakfa is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we update how we handle your information, we'll revise this page and change the date at the top. See also our Terms of Service.
