Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days. The delivery times below are in addition to processing.

We don't take orders to other countries yet.

Your order ships from the location closest to you — the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia — which keeps delivery faster. Orders to the Gulf states and to European countries outside the EU and UK, such as Norway and Switzerland, are imports.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and what's in your basket, so you only pay what it costs to send your order. You'll see every available option — its price and a delivery estimate — before you pay.

• Standard — tracked. To the US, the UK, the EU, Canada and Australia, usually 5–9 business days after processing; to the Gulf states and to Europe outside the EU and UK it can take longer, sometimes several weeks.
• Express — offered at checkout where available, and a duties-included option for some orders to Canada. Couriers need a phone number for these, so add one at checkout to see them.

Any taxes are also shown at checkout before you pay.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check its status any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.

For deliveries outside the country your order ships from, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility. These aren't included in our prices and we're not able to predict them.

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands, and occasionally weather, customs, or busy seasons cause delays. If your tracking stalls or a package seems lost, email selam@onenakfa.com — we'll chase it down with you and make it right.
